Terms of Service

Effective March 24, 2026

These terms apply when you use Skelly, operated by SkellyLabs, Inc. By signing in, you agree to them.

Your Account

You sign in with GitHub. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live).

Billing

Paid features require a subscription. You pay a monthly platform fee plus pay-as-you-go AI usage, billed at the end of each cycle. All prices are in USD. Fees are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. We'll give you 30 days' notice before changing prices.

Your Content

Everything you create in Skelly — specifications, proposals, generated code — belongs to you. You give us a limited license to host and process it so the service works. We won't use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

AI Output

Skelly uses AI to generate specifications and code. That output is provided "as is" — no guarantees on accuracy, completeness, or security. You're responsible for reviewing and testing everything before you ship it.

Acceptable Use

Don't break the law, infringe on others' IP, transmit malware, try to access other people's accounts, reverse-engineer the service, or abuse AI features in ways that degrade the experience for others.

Availability

We work hard to keep Skelly running, but we can't promise 100% uptime. We may modify or pause parts of the service with reasonable notice. We're not liable for downtime or interruptions.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Account page. We may suspend your account if you violate these terms. After cancellation, we'll keep your data available for export for a reasonable period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SkellyLabs isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continuing to use Skelly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
